The complete inventory of properties will be available simultaneously at mobiliapp.com, with the purpose of extending access to those who cannot attend in person, including Dominicans residing abroad
SANTO DOMINGO. – ExpMobiliapp, in partnership with Orientación Inmobiliaria con Otilio and with the participation of commercial banks and savings and loan associations, will have two venues in its 2026 edition: from August 14 to 16 at Ágora Santiago Center and from September 4 to 6 at Ágora Santo Domingo.
Rafael Paredes, CEO of Mobiliapp, explained that the dynamic of the meeting consists of taking advantage of the flow of people who visit shopping centers for everyday reasons to bring them closer to property options and projects tailored to their interests, with direct information from the representatives of each real estate brand.
Those requiring financing can complete an application in the loans section of the Mobiliapp mobile app or website, and then receive the status of their application along with guidance from a representative of the chosen financial institution.
Paredes said that as part of the experience, Mobiliapp will offer virtual tours using Matterport technology so that potential customers can learn about the properties without having to visit them physically.
He indicated that the complete inventory of properties will be available simultaneously on mobiliapp.com, with the purpose of extending the reach to those who cannot attend in person, including Dominicans residing abroad, who will be able to access the fair's conditions digitally.
According to the CEO of Mobiliapp, real estate companies and professionals who acquire a space at the fair will receive pre-qualified leads from participating financial institutions, with immediate pre-qualification for clients, and no commission charged on leads captured or sales completed.
The participation package, called Mobi Feria, includes a customized stand with the brand colors, a free Matterport virtual tour, 90 days of property listings on the Mobiliapp app and website, stage space for a talk or panel depending on availability, and access to the database of registered visitors as buyers.
Its cost is US$1,950 at the Santiago location and US$2,300 at the Santo Domingo location, taxes included.
The Agora Santiago Center space , located on level 3 of the shopping center, includes 26 real estate sales booths in addition to the financing, self-service, waiting and stage areas.
At Ágora Santo Domingo, the fair will occupy the central atrium with a similar distribution of stalls and services.
As a reference for the traffic handled by both plazas, the organization reported that Ágora Santiago Center registered a monthly average of 562,107 visitors in 2025 and 472,832 between January and May of 2026, while Ágora Santo Domingo averaged 733,095 monthly visitors in 2025 and 630,443 in the same period this year.
