Money laundering, mortgage intelligence, the ABCs of real estate law, and neuro-closing will be the central themes of the event, for which the organizer is currently promoting a temporary offer where you pay for two tickets and get three places.
SANTO DOMINGO.- The closing of a real estate sale involves a series of processes that the real estate agent must know how to handle in order for it to flow smoothly, in addition to offering security and confidence to the client.
Given some weaknesses he has observed in a large number of real estate agents, Real Estate Coach César Moreta is convening an in-person workshop called "Close the year closing sales", on December 2nd of this year, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“This isn’t just any workshop. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been in the business for years or if you’re a beginner; you can’t afford to lose any more sales. We’ll give you advice, tips, tools, and guides so you can have the confidence to handle a million-dollar closing,” Moreta posted on his social media.
In addition to the organizer, three facilitators have been invited to the intensive course: Jahaira Roble, a financial advisor specializing in mortgages; Reyna Echenique, a lawyer specializing in real estate; and Ulises Seijo, a lawyer specializing in the prevention of money laundering.

Money laundering, mortgage intelligence, the ABCs of real estate law, and neuro-closing will be the central themes of the event, for which the organizer is currently promoting a temporary offer where you pay for two tickets and get three places in the workshop.
The advertised price is US$147. This includes admission, a certificate, support materials, a digital mortgage guide, a real estate legal guide, and free access to the 2020 strategy (applies only to the first 20 purchases). Learn more at @cesarmoreta.
