SANTO DOMINGO.- Specialized training in real estate investment takes a step towards internationalization with the launch of a new certification program aimed at agents and professionals in the sector.
The initiative is driven by the Latin American Real Estate Confederation, through CILA Academia, and has the support of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), as part of the efforts to strengthen the skills of the real estate market in the country.
Training with an international perspective
According to the organizing entities, the “Mentors in Bicontinental Real Estate Investment” program will be developed in virtual mode for three months, with an intensive focus on strategic decision-making in global contexts.
The training integrates areas such as applied macroeconomics, international taxation, wealth structuring and opportunity analysis, with the aim of preparing participants to operate in broader markets.
More than sales: strategy and analysis
According to information from the program, the content also includes topics such as investor psychology, profitability models and defense of arguments, elements that seek to reinforce the analytical profile of the real estate agent.
In addition, real case studies are considered, in order to transfer theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios in the sector.
Boost to the professionalization of the sector
According to reports, this certification arises within the framework of collaboration agreements between CILA and its academy, with the support of the AEI, to facilitate access to tools that allow professionals to scale their practice to new levels.
