SANTO DOMINGO. Those who wish to differentiate themselves and enhance their careers as real estate advisors have the opportunity to do so through the "Master Real Estate Agent" workshop, a comprehensive training program in the legal, surveying, and sales areas offered by experts, which will be held virtually on October 28.
The Master Class is led by three successful specialists in the sector: Reyna Echenique, lawyer, realtor and real estate coach; Luz del Alba Rodríguez, lawyer and expert in Real Estate Law and Francisco Alberto Suárez Sánchez, surveyor.
The activity will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and requires an investment of $100.
Echenique, a successful businesswoman and founder of the Echenique Group, explained that "Our Real Estate Master Class offers you the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to become a complete and trustworthy professional.".
He invited those interested to register immediately because places are limited.
“The Queen of Real Estate” explained that with this training, real estate agents will be able to boost their sales because she and the other experts have prepared “powerful” content that will allow participants to master the sector.
Meanwhile, lawyer and surveyor Luz del Alba Rodríguez, who is CEO of Grupo Diure, reminded that as real estate agents they are legally obligated to make their transactions transparent in order to prevent money laundering.
He said that if real estate agents want to differentiate themselves and become 360-degree advisors, the Master Real Estate Agent program will offer them that opportunity.
For that reason, he invited real estate agents to train and become "master agents" in order to vet their clients and more effectively understand the origin of their resources.
He warned that real estate advisors are obligated to carry out the necessary vetting and avoid the risk of doing business with people whose funds come from illicit sources because it would be very harmful.
Surveyor Francisco Suárez stated that master real estate agents, after completing intensive training, will be able to identify errors in property titles and sales techniques.
He stated that it doesn't matter if the interested party has experience in the real estate sector or not, as the workshop is also aimed at those who want to start this interesting career.
Details of the “Master Real Estate Agent”
The training will consist of three modules, and in the first one, dedicated to legal aspects, participants will learn how to avoid and assess risks with Real Estate Due Diligence; distinguish the types of property titles and their differences; learn about the most commonly used contracts; analyze a contract in negotiations; as well as the most up-to-date legal aspects on rentals, successfully manage a condominium administration and the responsibility of the real estate agent according to the law.
The second module, which will cover the technical aspects of land surveying, will address the following topics: key points to verify before selling real estate, interpretation of different titles and what titling process is required, and interpretation of cadastral plans.
Also, reading and interpreting different area dimensions, such as locating a property on plans, conducting a parcel investigation like an expert, easily understanding the cadastral designation of the property, and determining what stage of titling a property is in.
Meanwhile, in module three, entitled "Persuading to Sell," participants will learn how to convince and successfully close sales in the real estate sector and will learn effective techniques and strategies to understand their clients.
In addition, participants will discover how to build trust and powerful relationships with their clients, how to make impactful presentations using persuasive speech, how to communicate convincingly and overcome objections, and techniques, strategies, and tools to close more and better sales.
The Masterclass is aimed at real estate agents, real estate companies and anyone who wants to get into the real estate world.
