The Project has a Trust agreement, signed with Fiduciaria Reservas and applies for the my first home bonus, since the introductory prices are three million two hundred thousand with 00/100 pesos, (RD$ 3,200,000.00) and for type B, three million six hundred thousand with 00/100 pesos (RD$ 3,600,000.00).
Cruz maintains that the apartment buildings will be built using a formwork system, which consists of aluminum molds that allow for the simultaneous and monolithic pouring of the walls in a single pour; and that the other buildings will be built using concrete block and reinforced concrete walls.

“Furthermore, they have analysis and design of earthquake-resistant structures. The formwork construction system itself, which does not use wood in the formwork, is eco-friendly.”.
He adds that they are an architecture and engineering firm, committed to the safety, stability, and vulnerability of the buildings and structures they produce, adhering to legality and proper and good engineering practices.
