SANTO DOMINGO– They are like sisters. They have known each other since elementary school, almost 20 years ago. They have formed a sacred pact of friendship that has allowed them to navigate the same waters and face storms and calm hand in hand. They are real estate advisors, part of the TuCasaRD family, they are property linemen, and their names are Rosigna Vargas and Elixsandra Diloné.

In every answer from this dynamic duo, pure love emanates, a deep feeling of close friendship, of confidantes and gossips. They admire and respect each other, they share everything, like true love, which knows no borders. They entered the real estate sector together and have grown side by side.
“I would describe Elixsandra as a fighter, a go-getter, who has achieved everything through hard work and persistence. I would describe Rosigna as an optimistic, hardworking person who always offers her unconditional support and knows how to listen without judgment.” That’s how they describe each other.
As children, they played volleyball at the José María Serra school in Santiago Rodríguez, their hometown, where they always sat next to each other. From there, they forged an enduring bond through dedication, discipline, respect, passion, and love, qualities that have united them throughout their long journey.
Elixsandra is a systems engineer and Rosigna has a degree in hotel management. They both had regular jobs, but they decided they should do something different together, so they ventured into the real estate field independently. “We started from scratch, but first we educated ourselves, studied the sector and the market, learned from it, and little by little we have grown together,” the friends explain.
Five years ago, they joined TuCasaRD; in fact, Rosigna states that they were the first two women to join the TuCasaRD staff, and both were awarded "Top Producer" last year. Their goal is to open franchises within the agency.
These inseparable friends are unstoppable, whether it's sun or rain, when it comes to supporting each other through key moments in life. They're always there for one another, regardless of distance or schedules. "We truly share all of each other's important moments, every single time. We've always been like that.".
When we ask them how they have managed to preserve their friendship in such a high-money and competitive sector, they reply:
“We can’t lie to you, it’s difficult to maintain a friendship in this industry because it’s complex, there’s a lot of stress, a lot of tension, a lot of competition. In fact, we often compete with each other, but that’s good because we’re both very competitive and we bring out the best in each other. The key to our sisterhood is always maintaining respect and ensuring that our friendship prevails over material things, which is what’s important. Jordan wouldn’t be Jordan without Pippen. And depending on the situation, many times she’s Jordan and I’m Pippen, and vice versa.”.
They describe their friendship as a sisterhood because they feel that life has already made them like sisters.
