In this real estate family, different lines of thought are accepted, but there is one consensus: to serve

At Homfol we firmly believe that if we all support each other we will achieve the expected results; we are a team of 12 people in total.”.

SANTO DOMINGO– Pamela, Lia, and Wanda Gómez are three sisters who work at Homfol Inmobiliaria, a recently established real estate agency in Santo Domingo, led by a group of young entrepreneurs. These three women were born into a family that instilled in them a sense of service and a desire to contribute to society.

Wanda is the eldest and has been involved in sales for five years. Pamela and Lia joined the real estate sector two years ago. They don't always agree on their ideas, but they rise to the occasion when they disagree, upholding their family ties.

“Family is everything in our lives. We come from a home with a mom and dad who, with all their effort, dedication, and principles, raised us to each contribute to society with our different mindsets,” the trio of sisters stated.

They attribute many advantages to sharing the same workspace, but one stands out: "the best of all is that we live together knowing each other's strengths and weaknesses and we help each other solve difficulties, thinking that we are all for one and one for all.".

They constantly preach the separation of family and work life. “We work on that daily; we leave family life outside the office and work life outside the home. It can't be denied that, being three women, our ideas sometimes differ, but we focus on doing what's best for our clients and for Homfol.”.

The Gómez family represents the Homfol clan, although they maintain the philosophy that everyone in the company is one family. “We firmly believe that if we all support each other we will have the expected results; we form a team of 12 people in total,” they say.

Young women entrepreneurs encourage families in crisis situations to accept each other with their flaws and virtues, understanding that everything would be more difficult without the support and human warmth that the security of a family provides.

“Let them face difficulties together and always applaud achievements. Will there be conflicts? Of course, and with each one, ideas arise to solve them in the best way, always as a family,” they reflect.
