SANTO DOMINGO.- From a very young age, Glauco González was sure that he wanted to be successful in business, and he was also very clear that forming a beautiful family was a must in his plans.
He always showed an affinity for children, so God gave him the privilege of becoming a father at 37, forming a beautiful home alongside Rosely Pérez and their children Glauco Emmanuel and Galia María, 5 and 2 years old respectively.
From the upbringing he received, he took ethics and morals as the main values to raise his descendants.
He also recalls that his father gave him invaluable advice when his wife became pregnant: "You're never fully prepared to be a father, but trust your judgment and your heart.".
And so he has done in the most important stage of his life.
For Glauco, being Pope represents a great love, a challenge, and a great responsibility.
“It’s the most rewarding and challenging role of my life. Every day it fills me with joy and purpose, and motivates me to be a better person,” she says.
Despite facing many challenges in his professional life with his company “Premium Real Estate RD”, his children are his priority.

“For me, being a father is the number one priority. My role as a businessman is important, but it is always secondary to my role as a father. My children are my greatest motivation and the reason why I strive every day to give them a better future,” he says.
Among the values and activities that Glauco promotes in his children, he instills in them respect, honesty, empathy, and responsibility.
“I involve them in activities that promote these principles, such as sports, reading, and community participation, so that they grow as well-rounded and committed individuals,” he explains.
Challenges
The world is constantly changing, so the way we educate and the incorporation of technologies have further challenged parents in their responsibility to ensure their children become positive members of society.
In that sense, González points out that good values are essential to counteract the challenges of society.
“Being a parent in today’s world is a constant challenge. Technology and access to information can be overwhelming for children,” he reveals.
However, Glauco is very clear about his role as a father.
“My mission is to guide them so they can distinguish between positive and negative, teach them to make informed decisions, and protect their innocence as they grow up in an environment full of stimuli.”.
González stands out for being a very committed father, and his wife Rosely confirms that he is very present in his children's lives.
From taking them to and from school to actively participating in their extracurricular activities, he makes sure they know they can always count on their father.
“My relationship with them is based on love, trust, and unconditional support.”.
She adds that she firmly believes in raising children based on social, civic, and religious values.
“These principles are the basis for forming responsible individuals who are aware of their environment and capable of contributing positively to society,” he says.
He emphasizes that youth has always been and will always be the hope of any society, and that today's youth are better prepared and more aware of the challenges facing the world.
“I have great faith in his ability to lead positive changes and build a promising future.”.
New parents
"To new parents, I would say that being a parent is the most beautiful and meaningful challenge they will ever face," he says.
He adds that he is a man of faith and a believer in God, something very important in raising children.
“God will always guide you in your decisions. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, but always try to correct them. Let your children know that they are the most special thing in your life and in their mother’s. Keep going with faith, because God doesn’t make mistakes,” she says.
Currently, Glauco González is a leader in the real estate sector with his company Premium Real Estate, which stands out for offering an ethical and reliable service for your investment or sale of properties.
When he's not leading as an agent, he's in his main job and the one that makes him happiest: being a father.
