MICHES, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - Businessman and tourism investor George Alexander Nader, president of Nader Enterprises, presented the Living The Noom Miches project last Friday to a group of real estate agents from eXp Realty and strategic investors.
The meeting, conceived as a familiarization trip, took place in front of the natural environment of Playa Esmeralda, within the Maralda complex, marking the official start of NOOM's commercial phase in the Dominican Republic.
Nader explained in his speech that Living The Noom is a development awarded 17 international architecture prizes, recognized for its comprehensive approach to well-being, sustainability and conscious design.
He explained that tourist real estate development originated in Cancun and Tulum, Mexico, and is now arriving in Miches with a value proposition that redefines high-level real estate tourism in the Caribbean.
During the meeting, the businessman shared his vision for the transformative potential of Miches, located on the Dominican Republic's north coast, and the importance of developing residential spaces in harmony with the natural environment. “NOOM is not just a project; it's a lifestyle aligned with health, nature, and the future,” he explained to the group of more than 40 brokers who traveled from the Dominican capital to learn the details of the new tourism venture.
Nader explained that the project will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, integrated into an ecosystem designed under wellness principles, including a natural lake in front of Playa Esmeralda, which frames the heart of the complex and connects directly with its ecological proposal.
The day included welcoming remarks, photo sessions, a guided tour of the Maralda area and concluded with a networking lunch, where EPX Realty brokers were able to learn more about the details of the project and its investment potential.
With this activity, Nader Enterprises reaffirms its leadership in the development of innovative, sustainable and world-class real estate proposals, consolidating Miches as the next great tourist and residential destination in the Dominican Republic.
