SANTO DOMINGO. – The Expo Vivienda Lawrence 2024 real estate fair successfully sold 280 residential units to Dominicans residing in the city of Lawrence, Massachusetts, USA.
The homes and apartments purchased by Dominicans residing in that U.S. city and surrounding areas cost between $120,000 and $160,000.
The real estate projects are of Premium quality from Constructora Real and are located in the most exclusive and profitable areas of Santiago de los Caballeros, according to a press release.
Businessman José Enrique Beato, executive director and founder of Expo Vivienda, stated that the real estate fair succeeded in restoring the confidence of Dominicans in the United States in investing in their own home in their native country.
He added that during the event, attendees learned about real estate projects, their location, financing plans, profitability, and payment plans tailored to the needs of interested parties.
He specified that financial executives assisted the purchasers in the credit process to obtain loans at attractive and convenient rates.
He maintained that the room solutions presented to the attending public have the quality and safety that guarantee a secure investment, under the motto Lawrence, Santiago came to see you.

He stated that Expo Vivienda was created in 2001 with the objective of stimulating the real estate sector and giving the Dominican diaspora access to acquire real estate properties in the country.
Beato highlighted the support of state institutions from the United States and the Dominican Republic for the success of the activity.
