SANTO DOMINGO- As part of its strategy to focus and strengthen the company, Élite House holds a meeting every Thursday with its team leaders to learn firsthand about the progress of institutional plans.
Ariel Castillo, the company's CEO, leads the meeting every week, using it as an opportunity to share information and updates with the team leaders.
“The idea is for the Team Leader team to learn about the progress of our institutional plans and to exchange ideas about the real estate sector and its daily operations,” Castillo explains.
This time the meeting took place at the La Dolcerie restaurant in Santo Domingo.
Representatives from the Santo Domingo, Santiago and Punta Cana offices participated, including Berenice Zapata, Kreisky Pedroza, Alis Báez, Ingrid Michel, Onelly Rosario, Guredian Marte and Engel de Jesús.
Jeymer Olivo, Soribel Castillo, Fe Guzmán, Jazmín Martínez, and Víctor Arrechedera were among the company's executive staff in attendance.
