PUNTA CANA, LA ALTAGRACIA PROVINCE.- Algonovo Real Estate assured that the open house held this past weekend, in this tourist destination, exceeded the expectations created around the event, held from April 27 to 29, at the facilities of the Caribbean Lake Park water park, located in Downtown of this eastern region of the country.
The real estate firm decided to extend the event until May 4th, and will attend virtually to the requirements of clients interested in learning the details of the District Residences project, the real estate development that moved the activity and that will have 117 housing units.
This is a new apartment complex offering several options for customers to choose from: simple 1-bedroom apartments, 1-bedroom apartments plus a study, and 2-bedroom apartments plus a study and utility room. They range in size from 61 to 182 square meters.

He explained that the activity will be extended virtually until May 4, to offer the opportunity to all those interested in learning the details of the project, whose developers are Downtown and Civilmek, the latter being a company with more than 20 years in the market dedicated to providing all types of engineering and construction, with a portfolio of more than 200 completed projects.
Gil, with more than 15 years in the real estate business, noted that the event was a success that managed to capture the attention of Dominicans and foreigners, "showing the warmth that distinguishes us, the benefits of the new project and infecting the attendees with good music and amenities.".
More than 60 clients attended, exceeding all the organizers' expectations, including families and investors who want to place their capital in real estate, in the main tourist destination of the Dominican Republic.
District Residences features amenities including a lobby, gym, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, gazebo, lounge, BBQ area, 24-hour security, children's playground and pet park, home automation, and appliances. The developers project completion of the residential development in 2026.
