SANTO DOMINGO.– Asociación Cibao presented a payroll deduction loan program aimed at company employees, a modality that allows access to consumer financing, vehicles and mortgages through automatic payments deducted directly from the salary.
The proposal was unveiled during a meeting that brought together Human Resources executives from different sectors, where topics related to financial well-being and the effective management of human talent within organizations were also discussed.
According to the financial institution, the program is designed to facilitate access to formal credit without generating additional costs for participating companies, while offering preferential conditions to workers.
An alternative to strengthen financial stability
During the presentation, Rebeca Meléndez, Executive Vice President of Business at Asociación Cibao, explained that the initiative is part of the institution's strategy to develop solutions aimed at both companies and their employees.
The executive noted that the mechanism aims to contribute to greater financial stability for employees and support organizations in managing their human capital.
He also indicated that the proposal responds to challenges associated with access to formal financing and the use of alternative credit mechanisms by some workers.
Human Resources and Productivity
The activity included the conference "Different profiles, same result. How to align teams and departments without friction or unnecessary wear and tear", given by business coach Fénix Pérez Moya.
During her presentation, the specialist emphasized that differences between teams and departments do not necessarily represent an obstacle for organizations, provided there is adequate alignment of objectives and effective communication between the different areas.
In addition, he shared tools aimed at improving internal coordination and strengthening collaboration between work teams.
Beyond financing
With these types of initiatives, financial companies seek to expand their range of corporate solutions and respond to a growing trend: integrating financial well-being into talent management strategies.
The activity was part of the business engagement programs developed by Asociación Cibao to promote training opportunities, exchange of experiences and organizational development.
