SANTO DOMINGO.- Jacqueline Mora, Vice Minister of Tourism, will officially open the conference series of the second CENI Expo Forum, to be held tomorrow, Wednesday, June 28, in Santiago de los Caballeros, with the topic "Growth of Real Estate Tourism in the Dominican Republic."
Alberto Bogaert, president of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), will be the second to take the stage, where he will talk about the importance of certification for real estate agents.
The third speaker will be the distinguished lawyer Paola Romero, from the Certezza Group, who will talk about legal security; she will be followed by Lucero Arias, Broker of Noval Properties, who will present Noval's experience as a leader in construction.
The Popular Association of Savings and Loans (APAP), which inaugurated its business building in Santiago last weekend, will present the mortgage benefits it offers, led by its Northern Zone Director, Juan Carlos Padilla.
Young people Xavier Lora and Nathalia Rodríguez, from Murcia Group, will lead the first question session to close the morning.
A panel of experts led by Sandy Rodríguez of Gizeh Constructora, Isely Almánzar of Keller Williams North Zone and a representative of Banreservas will offer their vision of why the North Zone is an ideal destination for real estate investment.
José Alberto Espinal, Broker Plusval North Zone, will be in charge of hosting this stellar moment.
Anyshia Blinderman, Vice President of Blue Caribbean, will take the next turn with her innovative project. She will be followed by Yeranni Brea, CEO of REMAX Monumental, with her presentation on "the entrepreneurial mindset.".
Genaro Llamas, Manager of Inmocaribe, will close the event with his Larimar project, located in Punta Cana. The final question and answer session will follow, after which the farewell toast will be offered.
