Caroline Diplan, abundance expert: “There is money in integrity”

The master neurocoach warns about the importance of evaluating credit history before partnering to start a business.

SANTO DOMINGO –Beyond talent, ideas, and capital, there is a silent but crucial factor in doing business: integrity. This is the assertion of businesswoman and master neurocoach Caroline Diplan, an expert in abundance and money, who maintains that a lack of personal and financial ethics can destroy any company, no matter how promising it may seem.

“Integrity is money,” the expert asserts, emphasizing that before partnering with someone, one should consider not only their professional conduct but also their life and financial history. “If a person is disloyal, unfaithful, has accumulated debt, or doesn't manage their credit, that person isn't ready to do business with. If you aren't loyal to your own credit, you won't be loyal to anyone,” Diplan points out. She supports healing financial wounds to transform scarcity into wealth and educates through her Instagram account, @carolinediplan.

The author of the books “100 Principles of Abundance: A Journey to Infinite Wealth” and “The Money Bestseller: Your Destiny Is Wealth” shares this perspective from a personal experience: “I once partnered with someone without verifying their financial situation. They asked me to put a credit card in my name because they didn't qualify. They ended up putting almost US$100,000 in debt.”.

The biodesprogramming therapist, certified by the Fernando Sánchez Institute of Biodesprogramming, believes that one of the most common mistakes of those who start businesses is to form alliances based solely on emotional affinity or the availability of money.

For the businesswoman, integrity means not only telling the truth, but also being consistent in all aspects of life. “Where there is integrity, there is also loyalty, credibility… and, eventually, money in your pocket.”.

His advice, for entrepreneurs as well as anyone on a journey of personal growth, is: “Don’t believe everyone. Surround yourself with people of integrity. Abundance begins with the choices you make about who you walk alongside.”.

Prosperity

When Diplan talks about prosperity, she does so from a holistic perspective that goes far beyond money. For this expert in High-Impact Dynamics, certified by the Firewalk American Institute, there is a clear difference between having money and living in true abundance.

“There are people who aren’t abundant, but they work hard, do something well, and have money. However, abundance is something that develops from within. It’s a state that encompasses health, spiritual well-being, and balance in all areas of life,” she says.

According to Diplan, who is certified by AEAPro as an international coach in 219 countries, many people possess only financial wealth but live unbalanced lives in other essential aspects. “Most of those who have a good relationship with money are loyal, respect their work, and are disciplined,” she explains, contrasting this with those who “have made money dishonestly and end up losing it, because abundance cannot be sustained without integrity.”.

“True abundance is born when your thoughts, emotions, and actions are aligned with the truth. With your truth. From there, money doesn't escape. It stays, multiplies, and, above all, is enjoyed,” she affirms.
