SANTO DOMINGO.- The Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies of the María Trinidad Sánchez province (AIMTS) recognized Ramón Reynaldo Hilario Santa last week for his 20-year career contributing to the development of investments in that region of the country.
The CEO of Realty HS Inmobiliaria, upon receiving the award, highlighted that he has been in the real estate sector for 20 years with a clear vision of encouraging the development of the towns and cities in that area, through the promotion of the real estate and construction sectors.
The Vice President of the Association, Evelyn Henríquez, presented the plaque of recognition, along with a delegation from the same, highlighting Hilario Santa as the real estate agent with the longest career in the real estate business in the area.
“Our goal is to attract the largest number of sales listings in the local area of Nagua, Cabrera, Rio San Juan, Las Terrenas, Samaná, and all surrounding areas. We aim to present real estate projects to promote them and make them known to all investors who contact us interested in investing in and acquiring properties for purchase in the local market and who request information on investment hotspots and areas throughout the North Coast of the Dominican Republic,” said the founder of AIMTS.
He maintained that his company was the first of its kind in the area to promote its properties using advertising media and tools with advanced technology.
