AEI's second certification of the year will arrive in May for new real estate agents

SANTO DOMINGO.- From May 15th to 19th, 2023, the AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, will hold the second certification of the year for new real estate agents interested in starting their careers with the guidance of qualified experts.

The institution announced that it will continue to offer training in a virtual Zoom format, through which it allocates 20 hours with basic topics related to the world of real estate, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

"Real Estate Training and Management for New Agents" is facilitated by a group of experts in real estate matters, who share their methodology and experiences with the participants in an interactive way.

This is the second “Certification 01”, launched by the AEI during 2023, and which is part of its training plan, through which vital issues for the performance of the profession of real estate agents in the country are addressed.

“Learn and understand everything related to the real estate sector and its management in the market, as well as the tools you need to start in the business or update your knowledge within the profession,” the AEI posted on its Instagram social network.

Ilonka Castillo is the first teacher to inaugurate module one to instruct novice agents and offer them the guidelines that should govern their practice, guiding the attendees so that they are able to start an immediate action plan and sharing her experience as a real estate advisor who practices the trade in North American territory.

Module 2 corresponds to Claudia Castillo, an architect and appraiser with extensive experience as a real estate advisor, who introduces the basic elements in property appraisal; in this same chapter, Alenny Garabito and Teresa Pérez, two veterans of the profession, discuss ethics and the role that the AEI plays in the sector.

Edgar Argüello will bring the audience up to date by discussing digital real estate marketing, social media management, and promotional resources; he will share the module with Iván Guerrero from Plusval Dominicana, who will give timely advice to new agents on the best way to attract properties and create effective posts that motivate property sales.

Robinson Cuello will introduce attendees to the legal aspects that a real estate agent must consider when starting a real estate transaction, including real estate jurisdiction, condominium law, and money laundering; while Roberto Carlos Jorge will discuss the Trust Law.

To conclude the day, Juan Estévez, CEO of Mr Home Real Estate Advisors, will speak to the audience about his experience in the real estate business, its beginnings and evolution.
