SANTO DOMINGO.- “Investment Keys in Bávaro and Punta Cana” is the name of the webinar that Quifer Consultores will hold tomorrow, Wednesday the 19th, at 7:00 PM, to support the sales efforts of real estate advisors in the main tourist destination of the Dominican Republic.
Young talents will be in charge of leading this virtual conference that seeks to show the advantages of a good real estate investment and the keys to successfully pursuing a negotiation.
Motivational literature indicates that there are different instruments where people can invest their savings, but real estate is for those who are active and constantly looking for opportunities.
Among the topics to be discussed at the meeting, he mentions the average profitability of a property in Bávaro and Punta Cana, how to reduce risks, what the average capital gain is in the area, and the best scheme to recover the investment.
It states that participants will be able to learn the average delivery time of a property by construction companies, how to distinguish a good investment from a bad one, the current inventory of the area and the average delivery time of the properties.
