Santiago Center will have 110,000 m2 of construction and will operate under the concept of urban mixed use, consisting of a hotel of the Curio Collection by Hilton brand and a commercial area with 30,000 m2 of GLA.

The project is scheduled to open in 2024 and is being built at the intersection of the two main avenues in the city of Santiago, Estrella Sadhalá and Juan Pablo Duarte, 20 minutes from Cibao International Airport and one hour from Puerto Plata International Airport.

It is a joint investment with Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN), a Dominican business group focused on the retail industry, states the Ámbar Group website.
