SANTO DOMINGO.– Yesterday, Thursday, November 27, President Luis Abinader broke ground on the City Center by Lady Lee megaproject in Santo Domingo East, an investment estimated at $700 million.
This complex will be mixed-use, integrating commerce, hotels, corporate offices and residences in the same space, with more than 200,000 square meters of construction.

The commercial section will include a center with more than 400 stores, including shops, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters and a casino, as well as family entertainment spaces.

Job creation
It was reported that the project will generate more than 6,000 direct jobs, in addition to thousands of indirect jobs, which will significantly impact the local economy.

City Center by Lady Lee will be a complex that will bring together commerce, hotels, offices and residences in the same space, transforming the urban offer of Santo Domingo East and consolidating itself as one of the most ambitious projects in the Dominican Republic.
