PUNTA CANA.- Vista Cana, the new venture of the country's main tourist destination, unveiled this weekend a novel housing concept that will bring the Colonial City, the oldest urban center of Santo Domingo, to the East.
“Pueblito Caribeño” will be a project of 360 apartments, built on an area of 66,657.80 square meters and seeks to recreate a bohemian experience by combining the best of the past and the present.
Paseo Del Sendero is the developer that will be responsible for the project, and for its launch, it prepared a model apartment, showcasing the amenities and features that will comprise this concept that seeks to make a difference in the Dominican real estate market.
The Colonial City of Vista Cana will have two bedrooms, with one apartment on each level with living room, dining room, balcony, two bathrooms and patio; with cobblestone streets and more than ten parks for the recreation and enjoyment of its inhabitants.
The real estate tourism project aims to become the most attractive colonial-era development in the Caribbean's premier destination. It will be built in two phases, and its design includes a building with shops on the first floor and hotels on the second through fourth floors. It also includes a church.
