“We will have an incredible social area fully equipped with a swimming pool, gym, BBQ area, and both open-air and covered terraces, creating the perfect atmosphere for your enjoyment. It will also offer other amenities such as a coworking area and covered parking.”.
SANTIAGO.-Vibiera Residences is the new project that the developer Vibiera unveiled on March 9th at Pepe's Tavern and represents a modern venture that adds to the numerous proposals offered by the construction field, currently booming in this Cibao city.
The project consists of fourteen units with two-bedroom apartments, each 120 square meters in size, featuring a dynamic and modern design, explained Carlos Espinosa, the Group's manager. The development will be built in the exclusive Los Cerros de Gurabo neighborhood and is already more than 60% sold. Delivery is projected for December of next year.

“We will have an incredible social area fully equipped with a pool, gym, BBQ area, and both open-air and covered terraces, creating the perfect atmosphere for your enjoyment. It will also offer other amenities such as a coworking space and covered parking,” the executive noted.
He indicated that the project will be located just minutes away from essential commercial establishments such as supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores, plazas, and churches, among others.
He added that the building will have access control, an elevator, a power plant, open modular kitchens, a panoramic view of the city center, emergency stairs, a lobby, 24-hour security, among other amenities.

Plusval Norte is the agency that will be in charge of the exclusive sale of the project, whose representatives were present at the launch event, along with the more than 70 guests who came to witness the details of the new proposal; among them clients, agents, collaborators, engineers, architects, among others.
Also participating from the Vibiera Group were engineers Brain R. Gómez and Miguel Alejandro Moscat, who welcomed attendees and highlighted the advantages of the new project. Architects Juan Raúl Ruíz and Gerardo Pérez, representing Luxia Labs, the firm responsible for the project's "avant-garde vision," were also present.
The Plusval delegation was headed by Eddy E. Veras and Eddy R. Veras, Broker Owners of the Northern branch; Bienvenido Paulino, from Plusval Direct Sales; and Ramón Paulino, Real Estate Advisor.
Santiago Revolution
The Dominican Republic's second-largest city is currently experiencing a boom with major construction projects that will position it to compete in modern infrastructure, mixed-use developments, and cutting-edge projects. Among these is the expansion and complete renovation of the Cibao International Airport terminal, which handles over a million passengers annually. The project includes a multi-level parking garage, and its refurbishment promises to make it the most functional airport in the entire Caribbean.
The government is developing the Amber Highway, which will reduce travel time between Santiago and Puerto Plata to 30 minutes; and the Metropolitan Hospital (HOMS) will expand its facilities with a new, modern building for medical tourism. Santiago Center is another ambitious project underway in Santiago, begun last October, which will create nearly 3,000 jobs for the Cibao region, among other modern buildings being erected in the city of the 30 Knights.
