SANTO DOMINGO.- 36 one, two and three bedroom apartments with amenities that have been added to the offerings of current real estate developments and that allow their residents to enjoy different environments without leaving home, is part of what Via Park Residences offers, a new proposal presented yesterday to the capital market, designed for the enjoyment of families.
The young engineers, Abraham Luna and Jorge Lluberes of Abjor Constructora Inmobiliaria, will be in charge of the construction of the nine-level building, projected to be delivered in June of 2026.
This is the second project of the same name and with the same characteristics being built by the construction company. The first is located in Los Rios, National District.

Abraham Luna explained that the project has been in the design process for over a year and that the brand's goal is to create a habitable building, designed with the end consumer in mind, taking into account that there are multiple offers on the market, so it is necessary to differentiate oneself.

“We come from a family of builders, we have more than 10 years of experience, we emerged to offer only real estate services,” the businessman explained.
He reported that the land is registered to Abjor Constructora Inmobiliaria, is free of mortgages, and is ready for titling to the buyers. He said the project has the approval of the National District City Hall, the permit from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, and is currently in the permitting process at the Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (MIVHED), with plans to demolish the existing property and begin excavation in March.
Wanda del Orbe, CEO of KW Capital, who officiated the event, explained that the building was designed specifically for families, not for investment. “When we were analyzing the project, we thought about older people who have a very large house and want a one-bedroom apartment, but with recreational spaces for their grandchildren when they come to visit. That's where the model of a one-bedroom plus study, which can be converted into two bedrooms, came from.”.

The project will consist of 9 floors with 36 residential units of one, two and three bedrooms, four levels of parking, two elevators, swimming pool, covered and uncovered terrace, multipurpose room, lobby, gym, among others.
It has 4 types of apartments, of 130, 97, 76 and 51 square meters, with three, two and one bedroom.
Del Orbe explained that prices start at US$139,000, with a US$2,000 deposit required to reserve. A 10% down payment is required to sign the contract, and there is a 10-day period for finalization, always with the best intention of finding a solution for the client. The remaining 30% must be paid between December of this year and delivery, which is scheduled for June 2026.
