SANTO DOMINGO– As part of its 60th anniversary commitment to academic excellence and continuing education, APEC University (UNAPEC), through its Faculty of Humanities and the Center for Continuing Education, will hold the panel "Legal Security in Real Estate Development in the Dominican Republic" next Thursday, August 7th at 6:00 pm, in the Bonneti Burgos Hall (La Casona) of the main Dr. Nicolás Pichardo campus.

The meeting seeks to foster a space for analysis and reflection on the advances, challenges and legal guarantees that affect the development of the Dominican real estate market, as well as to strengthen the link between the academic field and the key actors of the public sector.

The event will feature the participation of prominent authorities from the national real estate sector, including Ridomil Rojas, National Director of Cadastral Surveying; Carlos Rondón, Deputy Administrator of Technology at the Real Estate Registry; and Joselín Vásquez, Registrar of Titles for the National District.

The panel will be moderated by communicator and lawyer Jasmiley Ortiz.

This panel is part of the set of academic and outreach activities promoted by UNAPEC to enrich the national debate on strategic issues for the country's sustainable development.
