“Eight am is always a good time to ask the client for information and clarify doubts, bring people to the Zoom meeting and show your face, without dogs, without the crying child, wearing a good t-shirt with corporate identity, looking good, where we demonstrate professionalism,” he says.
PUNTA CANA – Business influencer Jürgen Klaric believes the ideal client is the one with the greatest capacity to afford monthly payments. “We are advisors for high-yield properties, so we ask the client how much money they have to buy. How much for monthly payments? That's the one with the most liquidity and therefore the one who buys the most,” he says.

Klaric offered his explanations during a meeting with the sales team of the real estate agency Élite House, who came to the country's main tourist destination to visit the Vista Cana complex and receive training from the neuro-sales guru, who is one of its main promoters.
In his recipe for chat marketing, he advises not to offer more than two projects on WhatsApp.
The successful real estate entrepreneur understands that a real estate broker should conduct three Zoom meetings a day, and he is emphatic in warning that he must have the basic quality tools to demonstrate professionalism to potential clients.
“Eight am is always a good time to ask the client for information and clarify doubts, bring people to the Zoom meeting and show your face, without dogs, without the crying child, wearing a good t-shirt with corporate identity, looking good, where we demonstrate professionalism,” he says.
Their formula includes investing in good lighting, a camera with adequate resolution, quality connectivity to avoid untimely disconnections, a background with brand identity, and not behaving like a "mediocre salesperson".
After exhausting that protocol within the chat marketing strategy, he suggests moving from Zoom to mandatory in-person visits, where he claims "8 out of 10 customers buy." Based on his results, he suggests two visits per week.

Klaric advises real estate agents not to let their clients "fall asleep," following up with them every seven or eight days. "Send them videos, voice messages, talk to them about a solid project, profitability, and appreciation, but make it a friendly invitation, not an insistent one.".
He asks real estate advisors who want to achieve success to equip themselves with a tablet and make videos every time they visit their projects and share them.
Add to the three daily Zoom calls and two weekly visits three new advertising campaigns of US$20 each every two weeks, and if you follow this formula to the letter, Jürgen Klaric assures you that your wallet and you will be delighted.
Vista Cana
It is an ambitious project being built in Punta Cana, with Jürgen Klaric, one of its investors, as its main promoter; who, along with Emil Montás and César Moreta, are promoting the project.
Ariel Castillo, CEO of Elite House, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to include the firm he represents among the agencies that will be in charge of marketing the gigantic complex, which is projected to be one of the most modern in the main tourist destination of the Dominican Republic.
