SANTO DOMINGO EAST– A project covering 2,000 square meters was presented yesterday in this area. In its first phase, it will include 510 lots for real estate development or individual use.
The opening of the ambitious project began after the groundbreaking ceremony led by engineer Julio Cabrera, executive director of Brisas del Este, who highlighted the qualities of the land for investment, in addition to the facilities offered by the company for its acquisition.

“Paraíso del Este offers a peaceful, beautiful, and highly developed space. It will feature an ecological park with a social area for adults and children, courts, and an outdoor gym, designed for an active and community-oriented lifestyle,” Cabrera emphasized.
He commented that the project has plots of land starting at 193 square meters, with spacious and versatile options to build to your liking or invest in properties with great growth potential, in an area with easy access from the Mella road, close to the development of shopping centers that include supermarkets, restaurants and other premises.

“This is a spacious residential development that, in its first phase, will have 510 lots for residential use and real estate development. We project having more than 1,500 families living in this development, who will be part of the economic engine of Santo Domingo East,” the young businessman explained in his speech.
He specified that the project is defined for the development of residential areas, apartments and commerce, all rigorously planned to offer proper administration that guarantees the maintenance of the areas, as well as a smart investment, with possible added value, due to the high demand in the area.
“It will have drinking water and wastewater services, overhead power lines, paved streets, as well as concrete curbs and sidewalks,” Cabrera said.

He explained that, for the pre-sale, Paraíso del Este is offering payment plans that include fixed-rate financing options for up to 10 years and a convenient reservation with just RD$5,000, guaranteeing the investment with competitive prices starting at RD$4,600 per square meter. Furthermore, it offers the flexibility to begin construction after the initial payment, thus ensuring a smooth transition from purchase to construction.
Another benefit explained by the project executives is the guarantee of property titling without delay or complications.
Keller Williams Oriental and North Zone are the Master Broker real estate firms for the project, whose launch involved a group of real estate agencies including Dominicana Properties, Beautiful Home, Mr Home, Elite Realty Group, among others.

It's the second project
Engineer Julio Cabrera explained that this is the second project of its kind developed by the Santiago-based business group. The first, he told El Inmobiliario, was inaugurated in May of this year in La Vega, intended for 193 families, of which 92% have already been sold and construction has begun.
The company also offers financing and invited developers who wish to form alliances with Brisas del Este and work together to contact its representatives.
“This is quite large; we have 200,000 square meters in the first stage, but the reality is that we have 800,000 square meters on a single plot, which is why we invite all construction companies and developers who want to work with us,” Cabrera said.
