SANTO DOMINGO.- Given the boom and dynamism experienced in the construction and real estate sector in this city, the Association of Builders of Santo Domingo East will hold the first Acosde Real Estate Expo 2026.
The launch of the business meeting will take place within the framework of the second anniversary of the association, which brings together the builders in Costa del Faro, who explain that this fair is projected as a platform to present real estate projects with attractive mortgage rates, backed by the credibility of the construction guild.
"More than just a business space, it represents a real opportunity for more families to move closer to the dream of owning their own home, receiving reliable guidance and affordable terms. Attendees will also be able to make various investments," the organization explained in a press release.
With this initiative, the association maintains that it reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of the population and the strengthening of its members, promoting solutions that contribute to development and a better quality of life.
Riubell Montes de Oca, president of Acosde, said: “We are experiencing a special moment of growth and expansion for our sector. The event will take place from May 14th to 17th in the heart of Alma Rosa 1, with preferential mortgage rates valid within the official period of the fair.
