PUNTA CANA.- A real estate company announced the signing of an exclusive contract for the marketing of the Aura Boulevard project, an ambitious project that will be built in this eastern area of the country, with the construction of 1,200 apartments and a projected investment of US$180 million.
The real estate firm specifies that in its first phase, the new development, which will feature a water park and numerous amenities, includes the construction of 60 apartments, divided into three buildings. The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2029, according to a press release.

The exclusivity agreement was signed by the executives of Oferta Inmobiliaria RD and Marcos García and Fernando De Sola, of Maga First Option Consulting Investment SRL, representatives of the project.
García and De Sola were accompanied by Eduardo Padilla and Christian Zap, developers of one of Maga First Option Consulting Investment's exclusive projects. Expert advisors from Oferta Inmobiliaria RD were also present at the event.
