SANTO DOMINGO.-JMMB Funds announced the launch of a Closed Development Investment Fund, which will aim to participate in partnerships or with financing in real estate, infrastructure and other projects that contribute to the sustainable development of the Dominican Republic.
The company announced that the new Closed Development Investment product will be available to interested investors starting tomorrow, August 2, 2023.
He explained that the fund, maturing in 2048, is a closed-end investment fund designed to generate high returns in the medium and long term. The JMMB Development Fund is denominated in Dominican pesos and is expected to achieve returns significantly higher than current offerings in the Dominican financial market.
It is designed for professional investors seeking to partner in projects, channeling resources to the real estate sector, infrastructure development, tourism projects, logistics centers and free trade zones, among other sectors, contributing to the country's economic growth, generating jobs and stimulating business activity.
