BÁVARO- With an investment exceeding 2 billion dollars, the Paseo del Sendero Group inaugurated Zayes Residences Primero, a new housing project located in Vista Cana, in the East of the country.
Its executives highlighted that the new real estate venture has a focus on the preservation and protection of the environment and that more than 35% of the urbanization is made up of green areas, designed to integrate nature into each home.
“We are focused on creating and generating added value through real estate investment for our buyers and investors. Punta Cana, which is currently the fastest-growing city in the entire region, has become the most important tourist destination in the region,” said Alberto Vásquez, president of the Paseo del Sendero group.
He emphasized that the new real estate alternative represents an option for developers and builders, who have the necessary guarantees in the return on investment, value generation and enjoyment of the legal climate that governs this sector in the country.
Vista Cana is a new urbanization with multiple projects under construction, with varied services for the community, including education.
Furthermore, it has a focus on creating and generating added value and supporting tourism, since many of the purchasers are executives, hotel staff, tour operators, a press release emphasizes.
