SANTO DOMINGO- Glenny Amancio has had to deal with the misinformation that sometimes affects potential investors who are torn between doubts and indecision when buying a property.
That is the main motivation that led her to undertake a communication project, a podcast version, which was launched yesterday, in order to guide and bring timely information to people who want to know details to invest in the real estate world.
“When I entered the real estate world, I realized that people have many doubts and gaps in their knowledge when it comes to acquiring a property. I've had to accompany them to the bank for their loans, fill out forms or applications, etc.,” says the real estate advisor from Urban Group, in a conversation with El Inmobiliario.
Amancio is a graduate in Business Administration, with a master's degree in Management and Productivity; she also has a postgraduate degree in Business and emphasizes that her world has always been finance.
She mentions that communication has also been her passion and that what motivates her about her new project is knowing that through this medium she will be able to properly guide buyers and ordinary citizens who wish to invest in the real estate sector.
After working for 12 years in the Dominican banking sector, the professional arrived four years ago at Urban Group, where she says she has developed her sales skills to the fullest “and as a result I have been very successful on this journey achieving important professional and personal goals in my life.”.
The new media outlet will air every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. on YouTube, with a live stream on Facebook Watch. “And of course, Instagram will be the hook we use to engage the audience,” he explains.
Amancio explains that he wants to leave the audience with valuable content that will allow them to be better informed, both the Dominican public and foreigners who want to invest in the Dominican Republic.
“We are experiencing a good moment, and the fact that this program reaches everyone through digital platforms increases international demand in the real estate sector.”.
He explains that his podcast will be interactive, and in each interview, the audience will receive information about the real estate and construction sector in the Dominican Republic. “In the first season, we will have eight episodes with various professionals from the sector,” he adds.
When referring to the contributions this venture will make, he points out that the audience will be able to better understand the process of realizing their dream without so many setbacks and disappointments. “That owning your own home is not a dream, but a beautiful reality. To provide quality information on all the important aspects of buying a property, from budgeting and whether the property is right for you, to receiving the keys to live your dream.”.
