SANTO DOMINGO- With the aim of developing and strengthening the technical and managerial capacities of title registrars, coordinators and those in charge of the organization, the Real Estate Registry (RI) concluded the second version of the Leadership for Management program, which it carries out through the National School of the Judiciary, with the support of Barna Management School.
The teaching plan is part of the Real Estate Registry's training project, which also aims to ensure that all the entity's management is offered in a timely, ethical manner and with integrity from its work teams.
A statement on the institution's website establishes that the joint program between both institutions seeks to positively impact change management in the Dominican Judiciary, as well as the generation of high-performance teams in the face of the current reality, while also strengthening leadership skills to maintain optimal levels of productivity.
At the meeting, Professor Carlos Martí, academic director of the public sector, encouraged the participants to develop their leadership skills in their areas of work.
The closing of the program included the participation of Eng. Jhonattan Toribio, general administrator of the Real Estate Registry; Ricardo Noboa, national director of Title Registry, Ridomil Rojas, national director of Cadastral Surveys and Dariel Suárez, director of the National School of the Judiciary.
