SANTO DOMINGO- ASOAGEIMis the Association of Real Estate Companies and Agents, formed by a group of professionals from the province of San Cristóbal, with the purpose of strengthening the real estate sector in that southern region of the country.
The organization was formed in November of last year and has around 60 members, most of whom are natives of San Cristóbal and work in the province.
Robert Toledo, president of ASOAGEIM, explains that the entity arises from “the pressing need to organize the sales force, to continue educating ourselves and mainly to have a common vision and work ethic for the improvement of the profession and the generation of trust to the clients who use our services.”.
It states that the members of the association are professionals from different fields such as business administration, accounting, law, marketing, advertising, social communication, merchants, salespeople and people with experience in the real estate market.
“We are already incorporated and our RNC is already enabled and operational, growing and faithfully fulfilling our objectives and statutes,” he says.
ASOAGEIM is the first and only association of real estate companies and agents in the province of San Cristóbal, say its organizers.
Referring to the province's real estate development situation, he maintains that "it's going very well and experiencing strong growth. San Cristóbal receives great support from local clients, but even more so from a large diaspora living abroad, making it an attractive market for both investors and buyers.".
In addition to Toledo, the board includes Ramón Antonio Martich, general secretary; Otilio Valdez, vice president; Awilda Rivera, treasurer; Rafael Brito, legal consultant; Mirian Mateo, recording secretary; and members Antia Casilla, Cristóbal Esquea and Juan Alcibiades Tejeda.
