SANTO DOMINGO.- The Real Estate Jurisdiction announced that the mobile services it has enabled for its users will be out of service for several days during Christmas and the beginning of January, for reasons of updating and maintenance.
In a notice issued on its portal, the government entity states that its virtual office and the Rimóvil APP will not operate today 24, tomorrow and on the 26th and 31st of this year.
It also states that on January 1st and 2nd, 2022, these services will not be available either.
Through the virtual platform, the organization allows title registration procedures, enabling payment with credit and debit cards, in particular access to requests for legal status certifications at the national level and free consultation of the national cadastral parcel.
The creation of the Real Estate Registry as a department of the Judicial Council was made effective with Resolution No. 008-2020, which assigns it responsibility for the systematic management of the administrative bodies established by Real Estate Registry Law No. 108-05 and its regulations. It is composed of the Real Estate Registry's Board of Directors; the National Directorate of Title Registration; the National Directorate of Cadastral Surveys; and the General Administration of the Real Estate Registry.
