PUNTA CANA- Noval Properties reached $23 million in sales during its Open House The Greatest Destinations, held on the second of this month in the tourist resort of this eastern region of the country.
A press release sent to the digital newspaper El Inmobiliario states that during the event, held at the Pearl Beach Club facilities, negotiations were established for a total of 78 apartments, an amount that, according to its organizers, sets a precedent in the Dominican real estate industry.

“With this Open House, Noval Properties confirms its leadership as a developer in the Punta Cana area and establishes a new path of expansion throughout the country, leaving a mark of work, commitment and innovation on the market,” declared César Latrilla, CEO of the company.
The event area was divided into two environments, each with a theme representative of the two most emblematic projects developed in Punta Cana: Harbor Bay and Atlantis, the document explains.

It notes that in the Harbor Bay area, luxury predominated, with an international drinks bar, a cigar set and a stage that simulated a luxury yacht, all inspired by the majesty and glamour of the project, which will be located in the Cap Cana marina.
“The Atlantis area was characterized by its legendary beach atmosphere, where participants enjoyed a refreshing cocktail station, ice cream, fruit and a premium rum bar, along with a photo backdrop referencing the mythical city of Antarctica, in an elegant and dynamic environment,” Noval Properties said in the statement.

The event was attended by executives from the host company. In addition to its CEO, those present included Yahaira Batista, Sales Director for Santo Domingo; Lorena Sevilla, Sales Director for Punta Cana; Iris Espinal, Sales Director for the Northern Region; and Barbara Warren, International Business Development.
“The entire team shared directly with the attendees the advantages of investing in one of the most spectacular destinations in the country, Punta Cana.”.
Local real estate agencies that attended the event included Tu Casa RD, Urban Group, Algonovo, Remax, Plusval, Arenal, Dainsa, Keller Williams, Blue Caribbean, Tropical Inmobiliaria, and Beta Inmobiliaria. International agencies included Selling Sunset Global, Allure Miami, Global Networking, and Luxury Global Network, among others.
Among the sponsors were Casa Brugal with its Leyenda rum, Latinos Tours, Joe Nutritional Popsicle, Coco Bongo and Hard Rock Café Punta Cana.
