SANTIAGO.- Noval Properties is already preparing the designs that will lead to the brand's entry into the Jarabacoa tourist area, where the developer plans to build a thousand homes and a 150-room hotel.
This was reported yesterday by Cesar Latrilla, CEO of the company, while offering the welcoming words at the training carried out by Noval Academy, in Santiago de los Caballeros, aimed at more than 300 real estate agents.
He said that 6 years ago the country's real estate development was mostly concentrated in Punta Cana, but that he always had the vision that the Cibao and its 13 provinces represent an important segment for the country's economy.

“Data from the Central Bank reports that this area is the second most important contributor to the country's Gross Domestic Product, and that's why I understood that I should come here, because it is an entrepreneurial region with a vision for growth,” the executive explained.
With those figures, Noval Properties understood that it needed to have a presence in the Cibao region and therefore opened an office in Santiago, explained Latrilla, assuring that the strategy not only seeks to raise capital and do business, "but to invest and be part of the growth of that prosperous area of the country.".
“We started launching projects in Las Terrenas a year ago, and we are working on the design to launch a thousand homes in Jarabacoa and a 150-room hotel in a few months. We want to be part of the economic impact in this area.”.
Regarding Noval Academy, he explained that it was created to share knowledge, because "if there is no knowledge, opportunities are lost.".
US$95 million
Iris Espinal, director of Noval Properties North Zone, said that the numbers don't lie, regarding the results that the company has in the region, where it has sold US$95 million in properties between last year and the months of this 2023.
“Beyond what we could thank the brokers for, there are the facts. From January 31, 2022, to date, the northern zone has generated $95 million in sales. That means the commitment is there, the year is promising, we still have $180 million in sales, and we expect the dedication of all of you,” he said, referring to the real estate firms and agents.
Espinal took the opportunity to acknowledge a group of real estate agencies for the support they have given to Noval Properties and "because together we have managed to sell the aforementioned sum.".
Among the recognized real estate agencies are Elite House Santiago, Remax Monumental, Keller Williams North Zone, Mr Home San Francisco de Macorís, Ocean Inn, Vetas Inmobiliaria, among others.
Digital platform
Pablo Casero, Marketing Director, understands that in a competitive world it is necessary to stay updated and that is why Noval Properties will launch a digital platform with a calendar governed by a curriculum of ten modules that will extend from this month of May until November, to strengthen the knowledge of real estate agents in various topics related to real estate business.
