Noval Academy offers premium training for real estate agents in the North Zone

SANTIAGO– Noval Academy made a grand entrance into the Heart City. The warmth of the Cibao region filled the facilities of the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) Theater, where it held its first training session, with a massive attendance of more than 300 real estate agents who came together for the "How to Sell Tourist Properties" workshop.

Tickets in hand, from the early hours of the morning, representatives from Bonao, Moca, Jarabacoa, San Francisco de Macorís, La Vega and Santiago began to arrive to register with the host team, who kindly ensured their inclusion on the event's guest list.

The front terrace of the iconic theater of the main educational institution of Santiago was transformed into a social space, adorned with furniture and seating that sought to strengthen ties and achieve networking between the participants and the brand.

Among the distinctive logos of the organizers and sponsors, the first hours passed while sharing the unique Cibao hugs, enjoying delicious coffee and an exquisite morning toast, which foreshadowed a luxurious training day, with the hallmark that characterizes Noval Properties.

César Latrilla, CEO of the company, opened the event by welcoming those present and highlighting the importance of the North Zone for the developer; he then gave way to Pablo Casero, Marketing Director, who explained the new training opportunities that are coming for real estate agents.

Around noon came the first main course awaited by the audience that filled the Theater: Francisco Montalvo, as much from Cibao as the attendees (he was born in San José de las Matas), entered the stage before an eager public that connected with his ideas on the importance of body language.

The speaker began his presentation with a personal testimony, highlighting the power of oratory in human beings and demonstrating the care that a salesperson must take when interacting with potential clients, appealing to the principle that in life "everything communicates".

Lunchtime arrived, but not before Noval Properties took the opportunity to give a bouquet of flowers to women and mothers, on the occasion of celebrating Mother's Day this May.

Recharged with energy, thanks to a delicious bite of Cibao's gastronomy, the North Zone Director, Iris Espinal, appeared on stage full of gratitude for the attendance of those present, highlighting the process of her arrival in the Cibao region.

“We opened two offices a year and a month ago, one in Las Terrenas and the other in Santiago, thanks to all of you who have supported the brand. That's why, in light of the trust you've placed in us, we wanted to reciprocate that support.” He then called a group of companies to the floor to present them with an award recognizing their effort and dedication.

“We are pro-brokers, we like to work with professionals, that's why we collaborate with the growth of the real estate agent, that's what we seek with Noval Academy,” he said.

Overflowing with Colombian energy, Nelson Perdomo took the stage at 3:00 PM, prompting the crowd to rise from their seats in cheers and applause. He arrived with his digital marketing expertise, emphasizing the exponential power of the internet and using his own brand as an example of what digital magic can achieve.

After sharing her personal growth experience, she explained that to achieve success on social media, the first thing you need is knowledge and to make a difference.

With extensive knowledge, he referred to the steps that must be exhausted to achieve effectiveness in the social media strategy: Clarity of the message, that it is real, marketing is done for the consumer not for the brand; five-second message to engage the customer; unique proposals, among others.

Amidst dynamics that kept the audience attentive to their positions, Perdomo showcased his extensive experience of what occupies the current era, coinciding with the schools that maintain that useful content should predominate in the agenda of social media accounts.

After the program of good educational content was completed, the gifts from the sponsoring companies were handed out: Grupo Bentrani with its Montblanc brand, Charlies Motors with Maserati; Grupo Alianza Brands with Cacharel and Hugo Boss and Grabo Estilo.

A drink to celebrate the Cibao sunset, a light drizzle, and the last shots from Fidel Pérez's camera, capturing the good memories, closed the day, with an extended schedule of more than two hours (there was resistance to leaving), and an enthusiastic audience that hinted that they want Noval Academy to be repeated again and again.
