SANTO DOMINGO- Noval Academy, the real estate and business school of the developer Noval Properties, will hold its first training activity of 2023 in Santiago de los Caballeros, with the main objective of strengthening ties within the Cibao community.
“How to sell tourist properties” will be presented by two international experts, who will arrive next Thursday, May 11, at the PUCMM Theater, Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra, to conduct a training session from eleven in the morning to three in the afternoon.
“Don’t miss the opportunity to train with the experts. We invite you to our first Noval Academy training event,” reads the announcement. Three hundred real estate agents from the northern region have been invited to the event.
Real Estate Marketing and Public Speaking are the central themes that specialists Nelson Perdomo and Francisco Montalvo will focus on in their keynote lectures, which aim to provide attendees with tools and strategies to improve their skills in the real estate market.
Noval Academy is an initiative of Noval Properties, which seeks to offer training that allows professionals in the sector to stay up-to-date and at the forefront of market trends and challenges.

Francisco Montalvo is a specialist in public speaking and nonverbal communication and will share his persuasive and communication methods so that real estate agents can achieve the best sales, while Nelson Perdomo is a specialist in International Real Estate Marketing and will share with attendees the techniques on Digital Marketing, indispensable tools today to approach the market from digital platforms.
