In Santiago de los Caballeros, Mr. Home, the real estate firm that has been in the Dominican market for over a decade, expanded its reach with the opening of a new branch, doubling its presence in the northern region, along with the one in San Francisco de Macorís.
Its founders said that the opening of the new office, located in Plaza Boulevard La Catalina, in the Heart City, reaffirms the brand's commitment to growth and expansion in the aforementioned area.
"We arrived in Santiago with the commitment to contribute our knowledge and experience, guided by the brand's values," highlighted Juan Estévez, founding president of Mr. Home.
He explained that the opening of this office marks an important step in the real estate company's trajectory, consolidating its presence in the northern area and strengthening its ability to provide a high level of service experience to its clients and partners.
For his part, José Guillermo Méndez, who leads the teams in Santiago and San Francisco de Macorís, highlighted the work of the advisors in the development and growth that the real estate firm has achieved in the Cibao region.
The new office, located in one of Santiago's main shopping centers, has three premises, distributed in two offices, a sales room and a large and modern space for customer service.
The meeting was attended by Leivy Santos, Second Regional Vice President of the Popular Association of Savings and Loans (APAP), who attended as a business partner, reaffirming the financial institution's commitment to the real estate sector and to Mr. Home.
In addition, representatives from the main productive sectors of the city of Santiago de los Caballeros were present.
Mr. Home is a real estate consulting company founded in 2011. It has seven offices distributed between the National District, Punta Cana, Santiago, Santo Domingo East, Santo Domingo West and San Francisco de Macorís.
