SANTO DOMINGO – A lack of understanding of the legal framework, a fundamental guide for real estate transactions, is a weakness that frequently affects and threatens the success of property sales. Three experienced professionals, experts in Dominican law, will present at the third CENI Expo Forum the steps to closing deals with complete security and building trust with clients.

Joselina Cecilia Taveras Tejada holds a law degree, graduating with the highest academic distinction, Summa Cum Laude, from the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2010. She possesses a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in Business Law from Comillas University in Madrid, Spain, and a Master's degree in Civil Procedural Law from Santiago, Dominican Republic.
“In addition, he has an MBA from Barna Business School, Santo Domingo and certifications in Anti-Money Laundering by FIBA, Florida, United States, from 2017 to the present, as well as in Corporate Taxes from TEP, PUCMM, in December 2018,” details his professional profile.
