In Panama, Mr Home Asesores Inmobiliarios received recognition as "Central American Company of the Year 2023" for its commitment to adapting to the LAEM (Latin American Excellence Model). The award was granted by the Latin American Quality Institute (LAQI).
The organization sponsoring the award described the Dominican agency's performance as that of a company aware of its role both at the business level and in generating opportunities for the development of society.
"This has been demonstrated by carrying out actions that strengthen its processes, stakeholders, and align with new global business trends," says a press release.
LAQI is a private, non-profit organization, founded in Panama, that provides business intelligence to more than 3,000 companies in the region, who implement Total Responsibility actions.
“When we conceived Mr Home, we did so with the idea of revolutionizing the real estate market, and this is true in every sense. This is why it is of utmost importance to us that our operation be of value to society and contribute to the environment,” stated Elizabeth Santiago, founding partner of the real estate company.
The recognition was given at the most recent business summit held by LAQI, where José Miguel del Orbe and Juan Estévez, founding partners, were also awarded as entrepreneurs of the year.
Mr Home adds this recognition to its track record of twelve years in the Dominican market, characterized by innovation in the real estate sector. Its vision of maintaining world-class standards has led the company to take initiatives focused not only on business but also on comprehensive sustainability, according to the press release.
The company currently has more than 160 employees, 9,000 successful real estate transactions, and more than 90 construction companies that have entrusted the firm to be their exclusive master brokers for their projects.
