SANTO DOMINGO-.The Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) announced that more than 20 national and international experts will be part of the lineup of speakers at the X Latin American Real Estate Congress CILA-AEI 2025, to be held from August 24 to 27 at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana.
The meeting will feature the president of AEI, Alberto Bogaert, and the president of the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA), Enrique Morales, who will open a day focused on the main challenges of the real estate market, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability and digital transformation.
Among the international speakers are high-profile figures such as Marcos Lovera, marketing expert; Pepe Gutiérrez and Carlos Rentalo, renowned real estate mentors; architect Fernando Erviti; Alejandro Escudero, Director of Global Strategy at NAR; Rafael Gangi, President of FIABCI Panama; and Joan Trilla, Managing Partner of Gesproin Group.
Also participating in the program will be Alberto Vásquez, president of Grupo Paseo del Sendero; Juan Francisco Rojas, CEO of Paradise Residences Punta Cana; Yermys Peña, CEO of Construger and Studio YP; Diana Sandoval, real estate consultant and investor; Eloy Bohúa Fernández, CEO of Planner Exhibitions; Ricardo Fernández, development manager; Tony Muci, director of FIABCI Venezuela; Ofelia Ulloa, CEO of Costa Rica Sol First Realty; Vivian Macías, national president of CRS and the Real Estate Council; and Iván Orozco, who will moderate the panel of presidents.
On the national side, panelists will include Indira Desangles, a specialist in commercial real estate; Ariel Castillo, a training coach; George Nader, CEO of Nader Enterprises; César Latrilla, CEO of Noval Properties; Alfredo Guzmán and Marianne Olivares, partners at the Guzmán Ariza law firm.
“This congress represents a strategic meeting point for professionals, developers, investors and academics in the sector, who will have the opportunity to update themselves and connect with the best practices in the region,” said Alberto Bogaert, through a post on the AEI's Instagram account.
The event will also host the 6th AEI International Congress, consolidating a double celebration that promises to mark a turning point in the 2025 real estate agenda. The Dominican Republic has been an active member of CILA since 2014 and has held leadership positions in the region, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening the real estate sector in Latin America.
