SANTO DOMINGO.- His mission is to be better every day. On the first of this month, when he received the award for leading sales broker from Noval Properties, he thanked his wife, Priscilla Herrera, whose support he also acknowledges in this interview. This resident of the capital is motivated above all by knowing that he can be the link for a family when they receive the keys to their home or for an investor who manages to maximize their capital with successful real estate deals.
This is Eric Núñez, the engineer who stood out at the "Noval Awards 2022," and who claims he has no magic formula for achieving high sales. He simply allows himself to be himself, and adds a concerted effort until he satisfies his client's needs, and to top it all off, he adds a universal, but reserved, touch: perseverance.
Regarding his recognition, El Inmobiliario, a digital newspaper, spoke with the talented real estate advisor from Tu CasaRD about his vision, plans, and secrets to becoming certified as one of the best in 2022.
1-Who is Eric Núñez?
That's me!!! (Laughs) An electronics technician by profession and a real estate advisor by passion, I'm a curious and extroverted person whose sole mission each day is to be a better version of myself than I was the day before. Currently, I work in the conceptualization, management, promotion, and consulting of real estate projects for both developers and end clients, including investors and their families.
2-Time in the real estate sector?
5 years.
3-Did you enter the sector independently or through a friend or acquaintance?
I started independently thanks to an opportunity offered by some friends to find a plot of land for a real estate project, and my wife's motivation, as she had always been clear about what she wanted to do.
4-Where are you originally from?
I was born in the capital, Santo Domingo

5- What motivates you to sell properties?
I'd say that more than a sale, I advise clients so they can make the best investment. Having the opportunity to work with a family who allows me into their inner circle, or with an investor looking to maximize their capital through real estate investment vehicles, and being the link in both cases to achieve that goal, is my greatest motivation.
6- What strategy do you implement to achieve success?
I wouldn't say it's a strategy as such; rather, it's about showing who I am: someone who works tirelessly to satisfy the needs of their clients, sparing neither time nor resources. Now I see that the consequence of that constant work has been to "shine," as you say.
7- What does this award represent for you?
More than recognition, I feel it as a responsibility, because receiving this distinction from the group of excellent professionals who were with me that night, who have more extensive experience than mine and are leaders in the sector, commits me to strive to elevate this vocation even further each day. This award represents all the collective effort that real estate agents put into the sector every day, and to be the one honored is a blessing from God that I humbly accept.
8- What inspires you in life?
Well… I'm a big dreamer. My biggest dream is to contribute my best every day and for that to bring about a positive change in humanity. That's what inspires me.
But I also find inspiration in my wife, because she is the most human being I have ever known, and that sensitivity for life inspires me to fight to contribute and be an agent of change in the life of any person I meet.
9- Do you believe in God, destiny, or hard work?
Absolutely, yes to my belief in God. He is the one who guides, moves, and is present in every step I take. What many call destiny, I call God's will, and I believe that anyone who works with passion, humanity, and responsibility will consequently achieve their dreams.
10- What are your plans for 2023?
I want to continue being part of the family projects that God will bless, striving to show them that I'm more than just a salesperson; I want them to see me as an ally who wholeheartedly wants them to make the best real estate decision. Other plans are already underway, but I can't give you details yet.
