300 students from École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), ranked as one of the best tourism schools in the world, chose the Dominican Republic as their favorite destination to celebrate their graduation.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur), the young people expressed their interest in having the experience and opportunity to work in Dominican hotels, indicating that it would be very interesting, given the trajectory and history of Dominican tourism.
"It is worth noting that three of the students who visited the country have already received job offers," the press release highlights.
It notes that the students arrived in the Dominican Republic through the Las Américas International Airport (AILA), traveling to Las Terrenas, Samaná, where they explored and enjoyed the tourist destination for a week and held their graduation party.
During their stay, they also toured the different attractions of the area, including La Cascada del Limón, Playa Frontón, Ermitaño, among others.
As part of their agenda, they held a Gala dinner at Porto By Mosquito in Playa Portillo.
