KW Dominicana passes international evaluation with flying colors; it ranks in the world's Top 10 of the franchise

SANTO DOMINGO.- KW Dominicana started 2023 on the right foot, achieving outstanding performance and placing itself in top positions within the Keller Williams World Top 10, one of the largest American real estate franchises in terms of number of agents and sales volume.

A delegation comprised of Ammon Chase and Lisette Montoto, Directors of Strategy and Expansion for Worldwide, respectively; visited the six offices that make up the franchise in the Dominican Republic from January 23 to 27, and were very impressed with the work model carried out by its members.

“According to Lisette, the visit exceeded all their expectations. She said that although they knew they would find something very good on what was their first visit to KW Dominicana, witnessing so much energy, professionalism, quality of training, the culture, and the way the KW model is implemented in the region made them exclaim an inspiring ‘WOW!’,” explained Rodelixsa Manzueta, regional director.

He highlighted that with just two and a half years in the market, KW Dominicana has been recognized for ranking 7th out of the 60 regions that currently make up the company, in addition to rising to the Top 10 worldwide, following the on-site evaluation by international representatives.

“Ammon expressed that they were pleasantly surprised by the masterful work that KW Dominicana has been developing, which is evidenced by the high productivity, growth and development of the agents that make up the six business centers that the company has in the country,” Manzueta explained.

In addition to the leaders, Worldwide representatives interviewed agents individually in each office, taking notes on best practices, which they will then share with other regions.

Natalia Facundo, investor in the brand and owner of KW Gold, highlighted that for the leadership team and partners of KW Dominicana, the evaluation is validation that the work done in these two and a half years has been in the right direction and a great impetus to continue and take the company to its next level.

He added that his task in 2023 will be focused on the development of his agents and on providing the best service to customers, "always relying on the values ​​of our brand.".
