SANTO DOMINGO.-The real estate firm Noriega Group recently presented Kasa Living, a new residential complex located in Downtown Punta Cana, strategically located to facilitate access to the best entertainment and service options in the tourist area of the East.
The real estate development has been designed by the renowned firm Sánchez Coleman Studio, represented by Angel Sánchez and Chris Coleman.

The project is part of the second phase of Kasa Residences, with a vibrant urban landscape just minutes from the outstanding beaches of the country's main tourist hub, promising to redefine Caribbean living with its ingenious design, elegance and unparalleled comfort, highlights a press release sent to El Inmobiliario.
“The project is surrounded by a thriving business community, nightlife venues, world-class tourist offerings and is strategically located for those seeking a dynamic and sophisticated lifestyle,” the press release highlights.

It adds that its location will be just steps away from iconic landmarks such as Coco Bongo, Hard Rock Café, Downtown Mall, Dolphin Discovery, and Ikea, giving residents access to the best entertainment in the eastern region. Details of the project were revealed during a meeting at the JW Marriott Hotel in Santo Domingo.
María Andreína Noriega, director of architecture at Noriega Group, emphasized that Kasa Living is not just a collection of buildings, but a demonstration of their commitment as a company. “A project that has already been tested and successfully completed in its first phase, with spaces that adapt to the changing demands of modern life, where every detail has been carefully designed to provide an environment that promotes well-being, connection, and prosperity,” the executive explained.
For his part, José Vicente Bermúdez, the brand's business director, indicated that the company's main mission is to promote an active lifestyle with sustainable developments that foster learning, entertainment and creativity, as well as a model of excellence in the creation of livable and equitable environments.
The work
Kasa Living features 109 strategically designed 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suite-style apartment units, organized into four blocks spanning five levels each.
The company states that the design has been conceived to ensure privacy and comfort for all residents.

He adds that the new proposal presents a unique opportunity for savvy investors, with high rates of return and access to local bank financing in the Dominican Republic.
