The firm INICIA announced in a press release that it acquired all of Gerdau's shares in Gerdau Metaldom, Gerdau Diaco, Cyrgo and Kbina, through its investment fund focused on the construction materials industry.
With this investment, INICIA reaffirmed its commitment to society and the national economy, and announced its short- and medium-term aspirations to invest in a steel mill in the country for the production of steel from the transformation of scrap metal.
