SANTO DOMINGO.-Starting with the third edition, which will be released next June, El Inmobiliario will circulate in Santiago de los Caballeros, with a section dedicated exclusively to highlighting topics from the North Zone, a region that is currently in full real estate development.
"Cibao en Concreto" will be a section added to the traditional categories that are part of the printed content and will highlight topics related to the construction, real estate and tourism sectors, which are part of the original menu in both the digital newspaper and the print edition.
Ana María Ramos, its director, explains that the arrival in the Heart City will strengthen this means of communication because it will expand the content, in addition to reaching a wider audience and will involve a greater number of print runs.
In its first edition, 3,000 copies were printed, the second print run was expanded to 5,000, and in the third, the number will rise to 7,000, due to the high demand registered, with each issue selling out in a short period of time.
"Arriving in Santiago is a momentous step for us because it is the second most important city in the country, in addition to the good moment that the North zone is experiencing with significant real estate development, with multiple projects that place it as one of the most evolving at present," Ramos explains.
With the arrival of the print edition in Santiago, the next issue will also feature the new "Cultural Scaffolding" section, already part of the digital edition, which will highlight the history of iconic buildings in the region, such as museums, monuments, hotels, and churches. In addition, the cultural page will showcase the Cibao region's rich heritage in broader areas such as its gastronomy, music, and crafts, among others.
