SANTO DOMINGO. –H&J Real Estate recently organized the real estate tour “I will explore Juan Dolio with H&J Real Estate,” an event that brought together more than 75 real estate agents from various agencies, both local and international, with the aim of strengthening relationships between them, exchanging knowledge, and presenting some of the most outstanding projects in the eastern region.
The tour provided the agents with an enriching experience, allowing them to get a close look at the organizing real estate company's most exclusive properties. This direct approach aims to foster future collaborations between the various sectors of the real estate industry.
Heissel Ramírez, CEO of the entity, highlighted the success of the event, noting that the tour fulfilled its main objective, which was to establish closer relationships with other agencies and showcase the company's projects in detail.

Each stop allowed attendees to explore the unique characteristics of each development, giving them the opportunity to evaluate the properties from their own point of view. They were even able to obtain direct information from team leaders. Details such as their strategic location, architectural features, and the design that distinguishes them in the competitive real estate market were among the most frequently asked questions, according to the organizers.
Among the projects visited during the tour were destinations such as Seaside, Ocean Pearl, Habitat Beach Tower, Sunset, Habitat Beach Garden, Habitat Pool Garden and Villas de Metro Country Club.

The event was organized to allow advisors to learn every detail about the properties, with four minibuses transporting participants to each project, accompanied by representatives from H&J Real Estate, who answered all attendees' questions.
The closing luncheon was held at an exclusive villa at Metro Country Club, where guests enjoyed a space to continue exchanging ideas and strengthening ties.
