SANTO DOMINGO- The Reservas Trust, through the PRO-Pedernales trust, hired four architectural firms for the design of the hotels defined in the Master Plan of the Pedernales tourism development project in Cabo Rojo.
The information was released on the Twitter account of the General Directorate of Public-Private Partnerships (DGAPP), the entity responsible for the project, which is structured under the PPP modality.
"With the aim of continuing the Pedernales, Cabo Rojo Tourism Development, the hiring of four architectural firms was finalized yesterday, who will be responsible for the design of the hotels included in the first phase of the Master Plan," the tweet reported.
The entity indicates that the consulting firms were selected through a competitive process in which more than 10 companies participated, with the following being the winners: Goval Servicios Integrales SC, SRL, MMAS Design Group, SRL, Selman & Asociados -Estudios de Arquitectura, SRL and Simples Arquitectura, SRL
The contracts were signed on behalf of the firms by: Carlos R. Aguilar for Goval Servicios Integrales SC, Andrés F. Mesa for MMAS Design, Rafael E. Selman for Selman & Asociados -Estudios de Arquitectura-, and Antonio S. Imbert for Simples Arquitectura.
The contract signing ceremony was held at the new offices of the DGAPP, on Enrique Jiménez Moya Avenue, and the contracts were signed by the representative of the trustee manager of the PRO-Pedernales Trust, Andrés Vander Horst, and the representatives of the four architectural firms.
